Writing & Photo Contest Rules

1. Only unpublished short stories & photographs will be accepted.

2. Photographs & short stories have to represent Texas waters in the past ten years.

3. Self-addressed stamped envelopes need to be mailed with entry for return of submissions.

4. Deadline is March 30th annually.

5. Send separate cover letter with no identification on submitted entry.

6. Short stories must be double-spaced.
